1. For better result, we suggest at least 4 hours’ interval between twice use in a day.

2. Distance from Skin: keep a little distance of 1-2 inches away from the skin to protect skin.

3. The 808nm light is invisible to the human eye, so you probably don’t think it’s activated yet, actually it’s already working. Just use your phone’s camera to take a picture and you will see it.
